Lehm Ton Crystal Nakumatt
Clay Clay Crystal Nakumatt is one of the varieties, which stand out with their characteristic taste at the first bite. The pieces have medium strength and break pleasantly dry, without being overly harsh. A fine crunch is created when chewed, which quickly turns into a soft one, creamy-powdery mass turns over. The texture remains clean and even. There is no annoying grain, no sandy feeling and hardly any residue. The paste appears smooth and supple, while larger pieces stick surprisingly little to the teeth.
The taste of Clay Clay Crystal Nakumatt is intense, earthy direction. Strong mineral notes develop immediately after biting, those on fresh cement, dry stone and natural clay soils. With a little time, other facets develop. In addition to the striking earthiness, there are hints of fresh water and a subtle, slightly roasted note, which gives the overall profile additional depth. The aroma is particularly interesting when wet: It is reminiscent of a cool stone cellar, with the typical scent of damp walls and mineral air.
